After an uneventful and rather boring trip to the school office to check in, Afanassii toured the halls for a while longer before deciding to find an out-of-the-way place where he could pass the time until his first class began. Turning corners and climbing grand staircases, he hadn't seen such a display of grand opulence since his visit to the Mosc. He almost chuckled at the thought of it. He thought such blatant displays of wealth to be almost vulgar at times, but now he was just amused.
He was lost in his thoughts about this when he finally came across a place marked as a music room. The thought came to him then that, if this part of school was free from students at the time, it might do him some good to practice his violin. He slowly opened the door, half hoping that there may be someone in there but also quite relieved to find that it was completely empty.
With a sigh, he walked inside and closed the door behind him and then strode across the room to a chair where he placed his bag and music cases. This was all he had until he found a permanent place to live while he was attending school here. Well, his bags, and his motorcycle which was currently sitting outside...
He bent down to retrieve his fiddle from its case and brushed his ankle-length hair out of his face before he pulled out the bow. Soon after, he became lost in his music, half playing classics from his old country, half making melodies up upon the moment. He closed his eyes and began to move slowly and gracefully to his hap-hazard personal serenade.

Suddenly, the double doors swing open and Tamaki strides into the room along with a few other club members.
"Another excellent day to make the dreams of-What's this? He begins, but then cuts himself off when he notices the violin player. Immediately he changes course and goes to greet the newcomer.
"My, my! Someone seems to have stumbled upon our sanctuary! Or have you come to sample one of the exotic atmopheres we have to offer? We don't recieve many male visitors, but we shall strive to accomodate you nonetheless!" Tamaki declares, complete with grand gestures and a dramatic pose to finish. He holds his pose for a few moments, awaiting a reply.

Afanassii stopped playing rather abruptly upon hearing the man's voice. He spun around to face him, not realizing that the new arrival had placed himself rather close. Nassii's long hair went flying and following in the direction of his spin, brushing up against Tamaki's chest.
Nassii blushed at that and gripped both the neck of his violin and it's bow in one hand while he attempted to pull his unruly hair back with the other; a sheepish look crossed his face. It was only a few seconds after that reaction that he finally realized what the man had said as well as noticed that there were several others in the room as well.
"My apologies," he said in Japanese, but also in his thick Russian accent. "I was merely trying to pass the time and I thought that this room was not being used." He bowed, vaguely knowing that was the custom in this country and then turned to put his violin away.

Upon hearing the other speak, Tamaki drops his pose and crosses his arms. He puts a hand to his chin and nods thoughtfully at Afanassii's response.
"I see, merely an accident! In that case allow me to introduce myself and the club that makes use of this room. We are the Ouran Host club, our clients, the lovely ladies of the school and the occasional male, come to be pampered and showered with attention from the host of their choice! I am Tamaki Suoh, King of the Host club and current Number One Host!" He explains, breifly striking another pose and somehow without needing to breathe during his short speech.
"I would acquaint you with the other hosts, but as some have yet to arrive, I believe that would best be left until later." Tamaki says apologetically before turning his attention to the daily club set up.
"Now then, on to preparations! The opening hour approaches!" He declares loudly.

Suddenly Kaoru appeared at Tamaki's side. Only noticing the long hair he assumed it was a girl. "'My lord' we haven't even opened the doors yet and you are charming clients. You know how Kyoya-sempi gets when you do this." Kaoru took another glance at the client and suddenly realized it wasn't a girl, his face turning to dread.
"Oh no 'my Lord' don't tell me Mori-sempi has another wanna be apprentice. Didn't we have enough problems with "Kasanova" lusting over Haruhi last time? Oh please 'my lord' don't let another one in here."

"What... in the world?" Afanassii thought while he became increasingly confused and distraught. In the research he had done on Ouran Academy he hadn't even looked into the student clubs since he didn't think that he would be in any of them, given his somewhat withdrawn personality. So, he had certainly never heard of the Host Club and this situation was starting to make him feel fairly silly for not at least glancing over the student club list so that he would have been better prepared.
At the moment he didn't know if he was expected to leave or being asked to stay, since the "King" had offered to introduce him to some others. He turned his attention the the new young man standing before him and listened as he commented on Nassii's appearance. "K-K-Kasanova!" He found himself exclaiming in response, a bead of sweat slowly dripping down one side of his head. "I'm sorry. I assure you that is not the kind of person that I am!" He had assumed that the orange-haired boy thought that he was moving in on the women that their club attended to and he couldn't have been more shocked at the accusation because it was never Nassii's mission to be a "player".
